    No valid input parameters

    Hi everyone,

I am upgrading from v6 to v7. When testing I received an error when clicking on "add to cart": There is no valid input parameters for the script. It references file ca9000001.pl or ca000001.pl.

Any suggestions on where to begin troubleshooting?

    Thanks,
    Jen

UPDATE: I found some references to this problem, and I have verified that NETQUOTEVAR BEGIN, BULK and FORMEND entries are all in order, verified that I am running the latest version (I'm just upgrading to v7.0.3 FBIA USA) and have refreshed my site completely twice.

    Any other ideas? Thanks, Jen

    Hi Jen

Please could you tell us what the url of your site is please? Also is this for every product in your store? Please advise.

      Resolution

With the help of Robert from Actinic support, here's what happened: Robert identified the delivered layout that my modified store was based upon; he imported my databases and created a clean design using my data and the delivered template. The errors were gone by this point. He sent me a snapshot of this clean design, which I imported into my installation on my machine. I then copied back in the core of my modified templates which had been upgraded during my installation and which I had renamed and set aside. Voila! My site's working, and while I still need to do a bit of tweaking, at least I didn't have to re-enter all my modifications by hand. Hope this helps someone, feel free to write.
