Does anyone have a totally commented version of the perl files so that I can figure out how they work and make some minor changes?

Would appreciate it if you could share any thoughts on this.

They ARE totally commented.

Don't look at the ones that get uploaded. Look at the originals in Site1. names like ShoppinCart.pl become ca000001.pl on-site. That's the odd one out. Others have long names that relate to their site-names, e.g. OrderScript.pl is os000001.pl on-site.

These long named files are the ones to alter and they will be stripped of comments and compacted (if you've set CompactHTML / CGI in your options) at the next upload.
