    Logout link not displaying

2 clients' sites have customer accounts, but only one of them is displaying the line containing the customer info and logout link. The welcome message is displaying OK.

    The following tags...

    <actinic:nowserving></actinic:nowserving>
    <actinic:curraccount></actinic:curraccount>
    <actinic:logout_simple></actinic:logout_simple>

... are in the primary template and are also showing in the source code of the page. The only difference is that the site that works doesn't have the </actinic:xxxx> part of each tag, although I tried removing those from the other site's template, and it didn't help.

Both sites have exactly the same setup in Business Settings | Ordering | Customer Login & Ordering.

    Any ideas, anyone?

    Hi Malcolm

Please check in the site which does not display if the following in "Design | Text" are missing:

Click on the "Go | To" button

    Phase:-1 ID: 212 "%sBuyer: %s | %s"
    Phase:-1 ID: 213 "%sAccount: %s | %s"
    Phase:-1 ID: 218 "%sLogout%s<br>"

    Kind Regards

Yes, they're all there, the only exception being that "%sLogout%s<br>" is Phase:-1 ID: 217, not 218 (that's "Error parsing XML text (%s)") - does that matter?

To follow up on my last message...

I don't know if this is relevant to the above, but my client has told me about a problem with setting up new customer accounts, which I've tried and also had a problem with. I set up a customer account with the username and password "visitor" and, when I try to log in, I'm getting a message "No such user (or invalid password...)". I've tried "Web Site Purge & Refresh" without success.

The site is on a test server at http://act5.artinet.co.uk/ - some of the links will take you to the client's server at all-unied.com, so watch your address bar

          Hi Malcolm,

Have you made any changes to do with "Act_LoginPage.html". It possible you have removed an form tag or a variable. Please could you backup your old "Act_LoginPage.html", and find the original from C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Formats\Themes\Business and paste into "Site1". Update the site and check.

          Kind Regards

I replaced the "Act_LoginPage.html" template but it made no difference. BTW I have now been able to set up a new client account as below.

I am now uploading to the client's server, which is at http://www.all-unied.com/, and you can login using the foillowing info:

            Username: visitor@visitor.com
            Password: visitor
