    Froogle Problems

    Hello

Please could someone help us, we are trying to do a froogle export but everytime it keeps ignoring the pricing and shows a value of 0, although there will be a couple of products that it does give pricing for?

    Why???

    Thanks
    Emma

Are your zero priced products with attributes and choices. Do you have pricing based on components only? if so your products don't have prices so i guess you will have to hand enter them.

Unless the froogle mash from Mole end sorts this problem

The froogle mash does not sort this out - but might in the future, what I usually suggest is that you enter prices for your product, set the product pricing model to sum of components and then change the price template to say 'from' before the price.

We have had similar problems and in the end we found the easiest method of sorting out this and several other problems was to edit the froogle output from Actinic by hand ie open the froogle feed in notepad and type in the missing prices!

I am going to fix this up in the froogle mash - a sensible behaviour would be for the mash to detect a product with a zero price but a pricing model of sum of components or sum of product and components and then to take the lowest or highest price from the linked products and set it as the price for froogle - it would probably have to be the highest price because froogle complained when I put my lowest price in for my paper product.
