    Problem with actinic link

When we attempt to generate the export file by clicking on either QuickbooksExport we get the error cannot find buyers.csv.
We know that actinic is pointing to the correct directory as is actinic link.

We are following the instructions below.
    Selecting orders to export.
    Reports> Reports Selection
    Export.
Then running QuickbooksExport which is when we get the error.

We can also see ActToQB00014 files in the Output directory and a zipped ActToQB00014 in the backu directory so something must be working.

When we also select import in quickbooks we see your data has been inported but cannot see any sales within quick books.

Has any ideas please are the 2 related?

        Quickbooks Link Problem

Is there any progress on this? Are Actinic actively approaching Intuit to work on a solution as it a major problem for me and some clients too.

          Hi there

I have responded to your other thread: http://community.actinic.com/showthr...0893#post80893

I do realise that this is a problem for you and other clients as well. We are working to see if this can be fixed soon within the Quickbook 2004/2005. If you read my other thread, i have explained what the bug is for Quick Books.

          Kind Regards
