Trade and Retail Stock Control

Hi,

Sorry to be a pain... but have a few problems with stock control and cant seem to find the answer anywere on the site...

i have set up a login section which offers trade customer to be able to by our products by the box of 12 or a starter box with 192 mixed items. how do i get stock control to account for this when a trade order is downloaded?

Hi Paul

How have you set up the products, does it have choices? It so, then the only way you can achieve this, is by having each choice associated to a hidden product. This is the only way you can set up stock monitoring with choices.
Also please note stock monitoring is setup on a global basis, if you turn it on for a product, it will use the stock avaiable for both retail and trade customer. Currently you cannot change this to allow stocks for trade orders only.
