Trade and Retail Prices

Hi,

Second question for the night...

when offering Retail and Trade prices both appear on the screen.. how can i remove then so only one is on show.

This is when retail is the defult group, and wholesale is the second group.

Hi Paul,

I'm new to Actinic, but I've already set up 3 price groups, Retail, Trade and Discount. Assuming, you've already created your Trade group in View/Customer Groups and set your trade prices for each product, you would then associate your trade customers with the Trade group, using View/Customer Accounts.

You then allocate a user name and password for the buyer which allows them to logon and see the trade prices. When creating the customer account, you can decide whether the trade customer also sees the Retail price by checking the box. A regular non-account customer will not see the trade price.

I created a dummy account for myself and sent a password, then logged on to make sure that everything worked OK.

Tried But...

Hi,Thanks for the info but i have already tried and my retail customer can not see my trade prices but my trade can see both...

Hi again,

All you need to do is edit your existing customer accounts (or when you create new ones), select the Buyers tab and check the box that says "Hide retail Prices". That should work OK.
