Email A Friend Link from Adv Guide

Hello,

I am trialing the Email A Friend script from the Advance user guide. All works correctly but apart from the position of the box.

I have added the code only to the Colop Pocket Stamp R25 Ref: CPKTR25
but the box appears at the top of the page. Why is this?
