Order Add-On

We are currently using Actinic v7 to run our web store. The order functionality in the system is good but we need to be able to access it from more than one computer simultaneously.

Does anyone know of an add-on for Actinic that would let each person in our call centre access order information on their own computer?

For clarification, two people do not need to access the same customer record at the same time but we need functionality so that two people can access separate customer records at the same time.

When you say 'access' what does that involve? If it's just a case of being able to see the previous order history there's nothing to stop you copying the database across to multiple PCs.

If you want to process orders then you need multi-user actinic (or whatever it's called).

I have installed One Stop Order Processing for Actinic. This is great for multiple users to be able to close down orders and send automatic e-mails from customers. However, we are looking to be able to do more than that.

Basically, I would like a programme on each person’s computer that enables them to view and edit all details of existing orders (line items, journal, etc) and create new orders. This can’t be done within One Stop Order Processing for Actinic.

Is there any software out there that can do this?
