ePDQ Suspended

ePDQ are performing an upgrade which will cause an outage in service. during this time I cannot process online payments, but will still be able to take offline payments.

I use Secure Hosting (ePDQ)

Any ideas we can use during this time will be much appreciated for:
1) The neatest way of letting customers know about this before ordering an item &
2) Preventing them from accessing the Secure Hosting ePDQ page

I would suggest that remove secure hosting from your payment pages during the outage and replace it with either

1) paypal
2) offline credit card processing (select 'credit card details captured for later processing' on the payment and security page and then process the credit card details by hand).
