Site snapshot

What methods do you guys use for transferring site snapshots from developers to clients with order manager.

Having a few difficulties with Norton timing my connection out when trying to send these (even though norton is disabled from scanning outgoing mail it still scans it ?)

i dont want to rely on snail mailing the updates as the slowness could cause issues.

Any help appreciated.

I FTP to either my own or their web space in a secure temp location and email the URL for them to download
