Lost Email Templates

Having upgraded to the latest patches i.e 7.0.4 (i think) when I process orders i get an error message saying the e-mails templates cannot be found.

I assume that in the upgrade process the templates have been deleted / moved.

Any ideas

Yep they get moved into a backup folder, this can be found in: C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Backup v7.0.0.X.X.X.XXX
Where the X represents the previous Actinic version. You could have a look in this folder, there should be a "Site1" folder inside, there see if you have any *.txt files. Copy these back into the following folder: C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1
