error uploading cgi bin issues ?

We appear to have a problem once clicking on the buy now button giving the error Error: Error loading configuration file ../acatalog/A000.cat.

Tried a refresh and back to backups and nothing !

Hi John

This may be a network setup issue. Please could you post your network settings onto this thread, please cross out the username and password. It possible you path from /cgi-bin/ to /acatalog/ is incorrect.
