No delivery shown in cart!

Hi,

I have 2 x sites (hosted by Claranet - I only mention this as I don't know if it is relevant or not)

On both sites the delivery charge has totally disappeared, although I have not changed the shipping settings - honest!!)

I was using the Smart theme on both - I changed one to this last week but am changing back by importing the snapshot to see if it makes any difference

I could understand there being a problem on one site - but not on two

Would be most grateful for any ideas on this (fairly urgently, if possible)

Works fine for me. Added a OKI Microline 393 DM Printhead 4YA4023-1451G5 and it came up with £9.75 shipping by courier.

Are you sure you are going right into the checkout to check shipping or are you just clicking on view basket?

Oops!! - Thanks so much for trying - usually it adds the carriage straight away - but you are right - I should have tested this more thoroughly - many thanks for your quick response
