Hi guys,
When I try to import my Sage Line 50 products in to Actinic I get the following message.
"An unexpected error occured while trying to carry out the import. Please check your settings and try again"
We've been using this system since November and this is the first time this has happened. We haven't changed any settings and I have looked at them and can't see any reason why it shouldn't be working.
It is importing the new products accross but is not consolidating the new prices for the existing products on the site.
Does anyone have any ideas.
