Disabling different delivery address for foreign orders

Can I configure Actinic to disallow different shipping address for non-UK orders?
I want to still allow UK orders to ship/invoice to different addresses, but prevent it for non-UK.

I'm afraid this is not possible, Actinic shipping is done on a global scale. I will put this on the wishlist for you.

In that case I need to add a message in the checkout pages to the effect that non-UK orders will only be shipped to the billing address and that any different delivery addresses entered will be ignored.
Can you suggest the simplest place / easiest page change to get that message across?

Try phase -1 id=171 which usually says something like "select shipping destination" or you could place it into the order templates
