    Worldpay failed to register properly

    Hi everyone,

    We've just upgraded to v7. We have two machines here, one development, one order processing. When we go to download the orders on the order processing machine, we get the error "Payment service provider, Worldpay, failed to register properly."

    We ran PSPsetup on that machine and rebooted, but still no luck.

    We see the same error on that machine when click on the Configure Method button with Worldpay highlighted in Business Settings-> Payment and Security->. But, we do _not_ get this error on the development machine... I can see our Merchant ID, etc.

    We also tried to re-run the import of the snapshot from the development machine to the order processing machine after PSPsetup but that didn't help either.

    We notice, too, that our Encryption key is different after the upgrade... does that have anything to do with it?

    update

    Update: we were able to download the orders to the development machine, though they all came down as PSP pending. Is that because we had already tried to download them once and failed, or is something else going on?

    PS - forget about the question about the Encryption keys, I've gotten that straight now.

      Hi Jen

      Yes that may be possible. You would need to go into the order, go to the "Progress and Payment" part, click on "View Payment", then click on "Add New Entry". This will tell Actinic you have manually accepted this payment.
