Big gaps above and below bottons

I am unable to get rid of big gaps above and below the Actinic generatednavigation buttons. I am using frames with a frame down the LHS, and any text I add appears miles either above or below the buttons.

Also how do you change the width of the frame?

Hi,

Any chance you can upload your store to a test area and let us have the address? you set the width of a frame in the frameset page, the one where you define your frameset. the below would give you three frames in rows

<frameset rows="80,100,*" frameborder="NO" border="0" framespacing="0">
top row 80
next row 100
final row wildcard * = fit rest of width height.

Do you really want to use a frame set? I would strongly recommend you do not.
