Coupon Codes

I would like to use customer codes but have a couple of questions

1. Is it possible to set up a coupon code for a specific account in sage line 50 and then transfer it into actinic using actinic link; and

2. How does Actinic Link to Sage Line 50 handle coupon codes?

Hi,

I'm afraid that you cannot transfer coupon codes from Sage into Actinic. You would have to set up your discount that has a coupon code and then restrict this discount to particular customer groups. Once you import your customer account from Sage to Actinic you would then have to add that account to the customer group.
