Another Q about shipping by weight..

If I have a product set up with components/attributes and choices etc (with associated products for stock control) which item do I set the weight up in (for shipping purposes)
The master products (with the choices) or the associated (sometimes hidden) products?
Do they all have to be the same (i.e. if I change one, do I have to change them all) or does Actinic only look at either/or when calculating the shipping charge?

OK, found out, by trial and error, that it DOES combine the MASTER and ASSOCIATED product weights so I've set my associated ones to the correct weight and the master product weight to 0 (actually, it wouldn't let me use 0 so I've had to use .1!)
