Order Number : <Actinic:ORDER_NUMBER/>

Hi,

In the default "Act_BuyerEmail.txt", an order number (Order Number : <Actinic:ORDER_NUMBER/>) is specified.

Is it possible to replace in the emails this default order number by the "Order Sequence Number"?

"Order Sequence Number" is the name of a field in "orders.csv" (default .csv file when I export an order from "Business Settings" - "Order Processing")

Hi Mathieu,

I'm afraid that it is not possible to replace the Order Number with the 'Order Sequence Number'. This is just field that links the Orders.csv file with OrderLines.csv file (or respective tables in the database). There is no variable for that field.

And is it possible to replace the Order Number with another variable, easier to use than a complex "JL814110000085"?

Hi Mathieu,

THe complicated order number comes from the Initials of the First name and Last Name and part of the postcode. You will find the solution you are lookin for here... http://community.actinic.com/showthread.php?t=4741
