loss of cvv2 and issue number

I have a really annoying problem with V7.03 periodically once an order is downloaded, if I view the payment tab, captured cvv2, issue and start date information is destroyed, I know the information existed because if i export it to sage without opening it the data is not destroyed. The issue appears to be random though opening and closing actinic sometimes rectifies the problem, any ideas?

This is a strange issue, not heard of this. Have you tried going into "HouseKeeping | Compact Database". Make sure both databases are ticked. Please try this, but if the problems persist, then i would suggest in registering an email ticket on: http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm.
