    Order processing does not continue to Protx server

    I have completed my site to the point where I am am going live and want to make a live test transaction. But when I get to the page which says I will be transfered to the Protx server the process hangs and proceeds no further.

    Any ideas and help would be appreciated

    Did you remember to increment the number in OCCUpgrade.ini when you made the change from test to live Protx?

        Give Protx a ring and they will send you a bit of code to paste and a nice simple guide how to do it as well. They explain it as a problem that quite often arises with Actinic which of course does raise a few questions in ones mind.

        Nevertheless it works and once installed everthing is plain sailing. God I wish I hadn't written that. Too late now.

          Thanks for your help.

          I have emailed Protx with the problem, but they have not come back and it's been quite some time now. Me thinks not particuarly quick with support .
