Linking to cart

I am having a brainless day. I need to link to the cart and to the checkout. Do I just link to NETQUOTEVAR:SHOWCART for the cart? And what will the link for checkout be?

Ok just reread the post, I think you need
NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCARTLINK

I have it as <a href="NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBCARTLINK"><b>View Cart</b></a> in the cart summary box.
