AOL Problem with Actinic?

I am running v6 catalog, and have noticed for some time that we get a lot of AOL visitors but very few buyers - today a customer told us that there was definitely no "add to basket" button using the AOL browser - are there any known issues with AOL? (in the build we replaced the original button with our own according to Actinics instructions). Thanks in advance for your help.

AOL used to run on Netscape but is moving over to IE for their new stand alone browser - as such there should be no such issues for displaying the "add to cart" button. There used to be some issues with the inbuilt browser being very slow to load and the lack of an obvoius refresh button meant if the page did not load correctly it was a pig to refresh - this should now be sorted in the later releases of the AOL software.

Have you tried viewing your site in FireFox and Nestscape for errors?
