We experienced a power failure at our Weybridge Office at 4.30 today (11/07/05). Apologies if you were calling us and were cut off, or had trouble accesing our support telephone line. The problem has now been fixed, and the phone lines will be open at 9.00am (BST) tomorrow morning as usual.
