    Postal Code Validation

    Hello All!

Please forgive a beginner's question but I am having some difficulties.

I would like to turn on Postal Code validation for my store.

I found that Advanced / Locations for Postal Code validation and ticked Canada and US (then uploaded my store), but it does not seem to work.

Any suggestions or am I just missing something?

    Cheers!

If it is the Postcode Anywhere solution, then think you need to have an account with Postcode Anywhere or a Reseller for it to work as it is validated and (as I recall) a per usage service.

I seem to be having a recurring problem here in the U.S. with customers leaving their state initials instead of the proper 5 digit postal/zip code.

Is there a postal code validation prompt that I could use?

This is in response to V8.

          Hi,

You will have to get in touch with Brian Johnson @ Sure Solutions to see if he has something that can do this for you. The second post on this thread still stands, Actinic does not do an online Post code validation service.

          Kind regards,

You will find the postcode anywhere the easiest way to intergrate, well IMHO it works really well and you just top up you credits when you need to.

will do us and other countries, you decide the way you want to go, Jan at moleend use to offer a free help page explaining how to set it up, but to behonest i think its in a UG somewhere

Paresh - not sure quiet what you trying to do, maybe promote you site? not really the right way around it
