Protx integration

I am attempting to integrate Protx into our website. How did you guys run in test mode with a site already live?

Do I need the Protx patch with Actinic V7?

Actinic help states that I have to install 'PSPSetup.exe' before I can do anything, is this not already set up in the downloaded version of Actinic V7? Certainly I have been able to enter all required PSP information in Actinic. I don't want to go searching for a file that is already installed. If it aint broke and all that..

Hi Karen,

When installing Actinic it gives you the options to install PSPsetup.exe, SSLSetup.exe and Link for Sage and Quick Books. If you have installed PSPsetup.exe at that point, there is no need to install again, else you will have to.

If you have entered the details in View | Business Settings | Payment and Security | Protx | Configure Method... , to run in test mode with a live site, select 'Run in test mode' under 'Operation' instead of the default "Run in production mode".
