Is their a way of importing customer accounts?

Hi,

I currently have customer accounts in an existing database, but would like to replicate these in the new Actinic site I am currently developing. I've attempted to use the Actinic import facility, but when I get to the mapping stage, I notice the mapping fields have no relation to what I wish to import. Is their a way of importing customer accounts from a CSV file and mapping them to the fields which Actinic uses for entering account informaton?

Hi,

Customer accounts can be brought in via a Hierarchical file import. In Actinic if you go to File | Export you will be presented with the option of selecting the Data you wish to export, here choose 'Customer Accounts' and save the file. You can then check how this file is structured and you can use this format to bring in the customer accounts from your other database.
