I've got a shared SSL account with Actinic that has been working fine for about three months, in the last few days the error 'the specified shared ssl user id is invalid or is not registered with this provider' appears when you try to enter your credit card details.
Orders still come through when credit card details are sent separately. I haven't changed any settings, I have uploaded the store again and deleted my cookies but it's still not working.
Any ideas please
