Debit card refusal problems with Protx

I am currently live testing my site using Protx for payment. I have been able to make and refund credit card payments without any problems. However, I am unable to make debit card payments, the error screen always says the payment has been refused by the bank. I have had emails following these failed transactions and they contain the following line.

AVS/CV2 Response: CV2 Value: Not Provided - Post Code: Not Provided - Address Numerics: Not Provided

But in each case the form was filled in completely and accurately.

I contacted Protx over this yesterday, but I am still waiting for them to come back. If anyone has any ideas about this difficulty I would be grateful for help.

    Thank you

    Chris

    Hi There,

Have you heard from PROTX as yet?

    Kind regards,

      Thanks for your enquiry Bruce.

Protx do not seem to reply to emails. I telephoned them yesterday and they were helpful. It seems my bank, HSBC had not set up the TID numbers correctly. HSBC say they will do what is necessary and it will take two to three working days for them to complete.

So there you go, all very frustrating really.
