subject says it all really... on http://www.bigeventstrade.com checkout is quick but both my client and I (on different networks) experience a long delay (say 30 seconds?) waiting for the receipt to appear...
If the receipt page takes long to appear, then it is because Actinic is trying to communicate with your smtp server (Which is defined in "Advance | Network Setup"). I am wondering, do you recieve any email when you have completed the order?
It is possible the smtp server is incorrect, have you put in your web hosting company smtp server, and not the ISP one?
No the mail server you have written seem okay. Have you also put the username and password for the mail server? It might be the mail server need to authorise before sending out a receipt page.
