How can I split the pages in the various sections as in page 4 of 10 etc?

Just as a thought it may be worth replacing the NETQUOTEVAR:PREV_SECTION_NAME and NETQUOTEVAR:NEXT_SECTION_NAME from the code shown on the link with a CUSTOMVAR_NEXT and CUSTOMVAR_PREVIOUS so you can declare their values in the section properties tab to give you Page 3 and Page 5 showing when actually viewing page 4
