Cart Contents Emptying After Adding Items or Attempting to Go to the Checkout

I'm running Actinic Business 7 in test mode: http://www.newsister.co.uk/acatalog/...log/index.html.

I have two issues that prevent successful orders:

(1) Firstly, whenever I attempt to add a new item into the shopping cart, the existing items in the cart are deleted. Also, any items in the shopping cart are deleted when I attempt to go to the checkout.

(2) Secondly, 'Add to Basket' only appears against individual products within duplicate product sections (see: http://www.newsister.co.uk/acatalog/...rkLovely.html). But does not display in the original product sections (see: http://www.newsister.co.uk/acatalog/...Shampoos.html).

My P3P policy is set to 'basic'.

Any ideas?

Hi There,

Took a look at the site and can experience what you describe. Can you check the Act_ProductLine.html that you are using for the original products, can you try using the one that is being used for the Kids Only section as that is the only one that offers you an add to cart option ( or is that too one of the duplicate sections?? ).

Yes, the 'Kids Only' section also consists of duplicate products.
