Select Shipping Destination drop-down boxes

Hi,

What is the best method of removing the drop-down boxes of countries and districts from the Select Shipping Destination at the Checkout?

Is it in Business Settings and remove all the countries bar the UK?

We are not planning on shipping overseas at the mo but might do so in the future.

Is there a better way?
