    Printing stopped working

    For no apparent reason, my actinc has stopped printing invoices, packing lists etc with error messages similar to the one below when you try and print:

    Error in File C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Orders.rpt:
    Request cancelled by the user.

    Any ideas?

    Depending on your operating system, connection type, printer - just guessing - could be related to setting for spooling content.

    Do you have a printer setting something like - start printing immediately OR start printing after last page is spooled?

    If you have this set to after last page you may be running out of spooling space. Change to start immediately.

    If this is not the problem can you supply some detail of your setup?
