Credit cards

Hi,
We recently change the credit cards we accept, and changed this through business settings. We use Actinic's secure server to process the transactions.
However, the cards have not changes on the card processing page. This causes a problem, because the issue numbers are getting lost, and we are having to contact customers for their details again, which does not go down well with some of them. Can any one help ?

I presume you have ticked issue number in business settings and have updated your site? I have changed card details and it appears fine on our Actinic SSSL

we have - I thnik it is taking the setting from the previous credit cards
ie where there was visa - we now have switch listed - so when orders are being downloaded the card details requested revert back to the old card details requested ?

Yes we have a few times - We have also tried exporting and reimporting the database. Does the Actinic secure server allow changes to the original caredit acrd layout ?

You can change the layout by deleting the credit cards and then recreating them in the order you want

This is what caused the problem the payment processing screen seems to revert back to the original cards, but the business settings screen shows the new cards - very confusing?

What is the url of the site? The Actinic SSL takes the information from payment.fil, I'm wondering if this file is not being updated with the new credit card details. It possible this is the case.

I have checked the nqset00.fil file, and it seems that the Actinic SSL is work correctly, it is taking the values to ask. Did you get my test order on mx1 website? I put an issue number on here.

Strange as i had done a test order, i would suggest in registering a support query on http://www.actinic.co.uk/support/register.htm. Someone needs to check your site and snapshot to see what going on.
