Out of stock will not go?

One of the items on our site shows out of stock all the time, I have done a complete site refresh but it still won't shift any ideas?

Hi there

It sounds like the catalog files on your site (.cat) are not being modified. I would suggest in ftping to your site, go to the /acatalog/ folder and delete all .cat files and also .fil. Please could you also do the same in your site1 folder ("C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1") and then do a full web refresh. Actinic will regenerate the files again for you.
