Font colour - Smart Theme - Help please!

Here I am, the 'not so technically savvy as everyone else here seems to be' asking for basic help again!

I am developing my site using the Smart Theme and today am very pleased with myself finally working out how to change the font size throughout the site!

However it seems that I've solved one problem and inadvertantly created another....
Somewhere along the way I must have changed a setting for the font colour that is displayed in the LEFTBARTITLE, STORE SECTIONS TITLE (left navigation bar title) and the CART DETAILS title - all appear as sidebars on every page on my site and the titles displayed are not in the right colour...

Please can someone advise me where I need to go to get this colour as I want it, I have tried changing colours in Design - Colors... but the option for this title colour is not there.

Any help appreciated... I am going potty!

Not being able to see your site makes it very hard for anybody to guess what you are doing. If you have Design | Options | Site Defaults Background set to image the headings on the left, right and main detail sections will pick up that colour. If the setting for Site Defaults background is set to a colour - then I expect that should be the one picked up for the headings.

That is the first colour choice (top left) in Design | Colors.
