Shipping Charges - how do i set them?

Hello - I am building my first Actinic store - bluebackuk.com/acatalog

My Client needs to have a general £4.95 delivery charge for all items, however if you spend over £100 the delivery is free. I can't figure out how to do this. Can anyone please help me?

View > Business Settings > Shipping & Handling.

On the Shipping tab, left-hand side of the interface, select the "Total Value" radio button. Now on the right-hand side of the interface, in the Shipping Bands section, create two rows:

Quantity: 0, Cost: £4.95
Quantity: 100, Cost: £0.00

View | Business Settings | Shipping and Handling.

Click Simple shipping - type the fixed charge in the box.
Click Free over - type £100 in the box.
