Strange lock ups when switching between sites

Our customer service rep is experiencing Actinic lock ups when switching between our three different sites. Once she switches, Actinic stays minimized and you can't maximize it. You have to go into the task manager and manually close Actinic altogether.

I have compacted the databases, this didn't work. I also check the CPU usage during this "lock up" and it is only at 20% or less. No 100% CPU usage.

What should we do?

Is is just Actinic behaving strangely, or are they different programs which are the same? When you are in Actinic, is Actinic running really slow? If so it could be tracing is on. Please have a look at the following knowledgebase article
