Actinic not working at all now!

Everything I do on actinic, whether it be try to download orders or reExport to files comes up with the same error message:

""Too few parameters. Expected 1".

What is wrong?!! I need to download the orders!

Sounds like something is corrupted somewhere.

Try compacting your database. If that doesn't work contact Actinic support and get them to look at your database.

Thanks but I tried compacting the database and it didn't work. I've sent an email to actinic - takes 48 hours for them to get back and that probably doesn't include the weekend...

I'd imagine the first thing they're going to do is ask to see your database. If I were you I'd call them up and ask where to send/ftp it so they can take a look when they're ready and save another day or two.
