Contact us Form : HTTP 404....

Hi everybody,

when I click on "Contact us" from the page ".../cgi-bin/bb000001.pl&PRODUCTPAGE=info.html", and then send an e-mail, I am automatically redirected to the following url : "http://commerce.ictl.com/cgi-bin/bb0...PAGE=info.html", but that page doesn't exist! (HTTP 404).

Is it possible to change the default redirection url?

Hi there

Is from just the info page? No other page generates this error? Please could you confirm that. 404 means not founds, hmmmm have you got a test account we can use on your site?

It seems to be only from the info page.

To use the test account, just type "test" for both login and password.

Hi there

Okay, i went onto http://commerce.ictl.com/, clicked on "Nous contacter" and it took me to "http://www.ictl.com/htm/coord.htm". However going to "Conditons de Vente", then go to "Nous contacter", and i get an error saying you need to be registered to use the email or something similar. (Known issue have reported this )

On a default site, i had for the link "http://localhost/cgi-bin/mf000001.pl?ACTION=SHOWFORM", which works fine, and goes to "Catalog Body", not the brochure page. Please could you advise on how you did this?

Http 404

The HTTP 404 page only appears when you are logged on (use "test" for both username and password), and after you post an email from the page "Conditons de Vente".

Did you try that?

Hi there

Yes i did get that, however i tried to recreate it on a default site using the link above, so for me it worked fine, so i just wonder, how did you do the contact us button on the brochure page.

It seems that I don't have HTTP 404 problem any longer. Don't know what happened...Holidays must have been useful!!
