Actinic SSL could not be found

I have a major problem that I have just found. We have a few sites that use Actinic Shared SSL and I have just done some test orders. When the order is about to complete and bounce to the Actinic SSL page I get the following error:

secure.actinicsecure.com could not be found. Please check the name and try again.

Obviously this is a major problem as orders can not be completed. Any help would be appreciated.

Can you try it from another machine and Internet connection, to see if it works from there, or whether it is affected regardless of the connection.

Just checked the site under http and https and they are operational, so it may be just your ISPs dns at that time maybe?
