A button to supersize a product please?

Can anyone suggest a solution to have a button that will add 50% of the product price on to the original product price?
We sell celebration cakes and so many customers ask for double sized ones.
Any fixes or directions to advice would be well appreciated.

Would use Component, Attributes and Choices to cover that.

By adding choices, you can have normal size and then double size with the price increase explained in the choice.

Within the permutations add the extra cost to the bigger option'd cake and ensure the Pricing structure is set to include the original price plus permutations, whils the normal option keeps the main price.

Take a look through the manual on components for detailed examples, but giving an online option for 2 sizes via choices would be the path to take I think.

Agree with techno.

When you installed V7.0 did you see the example site, maybe you deleted it, however in there was an example of "Products with a range of options" and below that "Choice-dependent pricing" which is exactly what you want, have a look.

If you need to reinstall to find it, backup your site first.
