Refreshing site after SSL changes

Hi all,

I'm posting this message on behalf of a friend who doesn't have access to this forum.

He's having problems uploading his site; it times out when trying to send the base files.
He's had a message pop up in the recent past saying something to the effect of 'refresh website after "SSL" changes'.
I know that SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, but any ideas why it would say this? As far as he's aware he hasn't made any changes to anything other than his Catalog store. Could this have affected things and therefore be at the root of the problem he's now experiencing regarding uploading?

Hi Tony,

Hmm a bit more information is needed to know why this is happening. So this only happened after he put on SSL right? Was it on SSL before? Please could you advise.
