Known issue uploading with Wannado?

Hi all,

Is there any known issues uploading an Actinic Catalog site using a Wannado dial-up?
I friend of mine uses Wannado and when uploading it times out on sending the base files.
He's only using the Wannado account to dial-up. His website is hosted on a non-Wannado server.

Any ideas?

Hi, I have had several similar problems with clients who use Wanadoo - they do not allow ftp access or the use of pop3 mail boxes so that my be the cause of the time out.
