Is anyone out there in the process of setting up e-payments facility because I seem to have alot of passwords codes etc from HSBC but can't find anywhere to help to set this up.

The StorefrontID is the one you have which is all UPPER case, which may well start with something like UK
Beneath that is the CPI Hash, which is a very long string of characters, upper case/lower case and mixed with numbers and other characters like / etc.
Those 2 elements are needed to make a connection with the HSBC system.
