    Web script

    Hi,

Since yesterday, when I try to download the order, I receive the following message for each order placed:

"The web script was unable to delete the specified file from the web site because
    the file's permissions are locked.

    Recommendation:
    Retry or...
Abort and manually delete the file
Do not try Ignore. If you try to ignore this message
you may end up with duplicate orders (if you
are downloading orders) or further upload
    errors.
    Resolution:
If retry fails, manually delete the file from the web site.

    Command: delete Filename: VH454220050667.ord "

I have deleted this file, but I receive the same message for the next order, ........

I have also refreshed completly the website, but I continue to meet the same error message.

    Could you help me?

    Thank you very much,

    Bruno

If you go to "Advanced", "Network Settings" and click on "Test" at the bottom of the icons see what you get and if everything passes.

It sounds like somehow your server file permissions have changed. Can you go into your server outside of Actinic and see what they are set to?

In my structure, everything in the CGI bin is set to RWX RX RX or 755, I won't go on until you come back to us.

..bit more info, I had a look at a new order file, and the permission is set to Owner Write only and that's it _w_ ___ ___ or 200 as long as your order files have write permission for the owner they should work, failing that it looks like one of your scripts is having trouble with permissions.

    Regards

    PB

      Hi ,

Thank you very much for your quick reply.

I have made the test, and I received the following message:
      Actinic Mail Test completed successfully
      server: passed
      connection: passed
      sockets: passed
      communications: passed
      authorisation: passed
      message: -

And now, all is correct , but don't ask me why :-))

      Thank you very much,

      Bruno
