How do I create pages only for specific users to view?

I want to create a photography website where clients can access there own area with their username and password. Once they are in they get a choice of all their wedding images (i.e different products) and are able to buy individual images.

Is there also a way to give people the option to upload images to me, because I want to offer a print service. Thank you.

I'm not sure that Actinic is the best solution for you. I'd be looking at PHP gallery software. Something like Coppermine photo gallery.
